Default LED Taillight Installation

When installing my LED's, for some reason the two bulbs don't fit in the center openings because two wirings on the inside block it from going in all the way. They also come with two square shaped looking blocks attached with wiring. Any ideas on what these two square blocks do? They have 3M tape so I'm guessing I'm suppose to attach it somewhere? Only two out of the 4 OEM bulbs fit inside. Any ideas? I'll take some pictures to see what I mean ASAP.

For some reason, the bulbs went out when I was installing them. Only 1 out of the 4, the hazard bulb, works. Do the bulbs have to be LED to work on this taillights? Pic soon!

Well, I got the left side taillight to work but the right side isn't lighting up? I'm guessing it's defective? =[ Hope not!
