GS300 Speed Limiter
Does anybody know if a 2002 GS 300 has a speed limiter and if so, how fast?
I know that lexus claims a top speed of 144 but i doubt that they wouldnt put i speed limiter in the car to prevent people from going that fast.

Welcome, there was a pretty extensive discussion of how fast people have gone in their GS a while back, maybe years ago. IIRC, the top speed is around 149, don't remember if it's governed there or limited by physics. Not sure if there's a differance between the 400/430 and 300.

First of all, almost every car on the road, at least here in the U.S., has a speed limiter. Some companies set it at 155. That 144 is the speed limiter cutoff.
