my buddy actually makes them. its laser cut. and really easy to install. i think i got it for like 40. just pm me so i can hit him up

probably....isnt everything illegal now-a-days? lol no it is probably illegal though cherokee...im sure it depends on how dark you do it if they will even notice though u black them out and yeah your just asking for trouble
