TRD STB vs. L-tuned ECU
Just received my TRD STB. I installed it the other day and have to recommend it to anyone who wants to get rid of that floaty feeling without giving up the comfortable lexus ride. I also received my L-tuned ECU which I have not installed and might not install all together.
The TRD STB does such a wonderful job in firming up the front suspension and steering that the car feels more solid and I feel more secure weaving in and out of traffic.
It does clear the engine cover with and without the spacers. I have the spacers on it and the bar barely touches the right side of the engine cover. If you choose to keep the engine cover on, the bar will rub against it leaving a mark especially during hard turns.
Highly recommend this as a first mod before going to the L-tuned ECU. I might consider selling my ECU if anyone is interested.
