Another quick question..

I took another picture of it today and was wondering...should BOTH circled things be replaced? I ordered the 2 ball joints for $120 at Sewell in Fort Worth and then realized I might need more than what I had ordered? Any opinions/suggestions?

Thanks again for all your help guys!

The other one is connected to the tie rod. It looks like you might want to change your tie rod too. Read the DIY.

LOL..yeah, it looks like he has the newer balljoint in that picture. Must go RCA.

That right there is a lubrication issue. Wassup with that? The manufacturer of these OEM parts needs to put more grease in that thing!

Fixed!

Now just gotta get the ABS system working again, ABS/VCS/Traction are all still lit and not working :/

Fixing this was easier than doing the brakes, took like 45 min total for both sides. Thanks for the help guys!

fixing the brake is a million times easier, but replacing the ballpoint is not difficult either.

(Then again, I have the ls400 brake so it pulls out. There should be no reason any ls400 guys paying for a brake job..no way.)

Bingo... it has to be a lubrication issue. All the broken ones I have seen have been bone dry. No cool.
