Default euroline dh offset

hi
i found a set of wheels . the specs are:
front 19x9.0+38 std disk
rear 19x10+38 st disk
my question is:if one day i decide to upgrade the calipers to the ls430 ones or others brands, can these offset cause problems?
what is the maximum size rotors can i use in front and rear with std calipers?
thanks

It's not the offset that is the problem, it's the disk of the wheel that determines brake clearance. My brother is running the same wheels with the same specs and it's close to the stock brakes already. If you want to upgrade brakes, you need to get some spacers. A 15mm spacer should do it.
