guages dull

At night the cluster is dark is it like that with every one

It might have something to do with temperature. I noticed mine varied in brightness alot this winter. Most of the time it's plenty bright tho.

there is a sensor directly infront of the driver on the dash it looks like a small dome. it dims the brightness at night/dark and brightens during the day/bright

Have you tried adjusting the Dimmer Brightness **** on the dash to the left of the steering wheel?

Test this at night. Get a flash light and aim at the sensor and it should brighten up. If yes, it's normal. The sensor is located on the driver's side dash. Looks round. GL!

Get the dust off the sensor, it makes a difference.

What? Really.... will do.

I think mine seems dimmer because my eyes are used to it now. When I first got the GS I thought it was pretty bright.

i did the flash light thing as soon as i put it near the sensor it got so bright . wen i took it off itwent baq to dull .. wat should i do ?? drive wit a flash light near it lol

take it out of auto mode for the headlights.
turn the **** for the cluster brightness. it should change
