I dont think it will fit unless you are planning to roll and pull your front fenders and shave and pull your rears. I would go down to 225 or 235 up front and 255 or 265 in the rear.

255/40/19 will rub, I doubt it will even fit, I think it will hit the upper arm joint.

285/35/19 is too wide of a tire for a 9.5" width wheel, so no once again, thats a no.

You need to privide offsets if you are serious about having someone help you. Please search, otherwise you will end up getting false info and waste money.

+ 285 on a 9.5? i think you can run that on a 10 easily, but 9.5 dont think so.

Technically the 255/40/19 on a 8.5" rim and the 285/35/19 on a 9.5" rim will fit as if you look at the tire specs for those sizes the 8.5" and 9.5" are within rim width range for those size tires. Total circumference is also close to a standard 245/35/20 and 275/30/20 tire so you should have room. It all depends on your rim offsets though. I personally would just run your standard "Fat" tire set up of 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 as the tires are cheaper and you are not gaining much more protection with the 255/40 and 285/35, but may run in to more rubbing and fitment issues, plus you are on the narrow side of approved rim widths for those sizes you want. Before the VIP stretched tire craze, most people ran 245/35/19 and 275/30/19, or the "Fat" 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 tires with no problems at all. However, the offset of your rims will be the determining factor.

so with those offsets do you think i would have any probs with running 255/40, 285/35 i know they will fit on the wheels cause a m5 has 255 on a 8.5 and 285 on a 9.5 from factory i am wondering if 255/40 will rub in the front with a 37mm offset and if i will have to roll the fender or do any other mod with a 35mm offset with 285/35 in the rear thanks

If I had to take a guess I think you might rub slightly with those sizes depending on how low you are when you max out your Teins. A minor roll/shave would solve that problem though.

that is a fat setup you will most likely rub especially in the front you will need to modify the fender liners. It is not good to run such oversize tires as you will get an akward wear pattern. If I were you I would run a 235/35/19 and a 255/35/19. That will give you the assurance that you wont rub and still have a decent sidewall. BTW the M5 can fit very aggressive wheels without modification due to it body whereas the gs cannot match without modification.
