Well I just let the car run its diagnostics by itself for a few car trips and now the CEL is off as well as everything else. The dealership wanted an hour of labor to install the thing, it literally took me 15 min taking my time, what a rip.

Went to the Toyota Dealership and had them run a test for my VSC lights and it turns out mine was the VVT bank 1 and it ended up being the same thing. And they quoted me 2 hours to put the thing in. But I told them I'd put it in myself. So went to pick up the car and they didn't charge me a thing! The diagnostics is $90 alone! And they took the car out to make sure everything else worked fine. I love these guys! They took care of me!
