Default 000, Lexus, Gs300, Intake Installation, Prob!help.

Hello. Thank you for taking a look at my post. I bought a new intake and installed it how I usually do to other cars. but this one is giving me Problems. there is one tube that does not have a place to be plugged in to so I put an oil breather on it. that did not solve the problem. When I took it for a spin at first it wants to stall, but later it just gives revvs but it feels like half of the horsepower is cut off

i had the same problem, just head to your local home depot and get a T connecter for hoses, and connect it. the bottem hose should be for your gas tank to relieve presure. GL.

Buy the T connector and connect three of the hoses together. So you'll have one running from your intake to the T connector and than the t connectors to the other 2 hoses. Thats how I did mines. Never had a problem. I don't think the breather will work because that hose isn't sucking up any air. When your intake is sucking up air it forces air into the hoses and I think that's how air gets into those hoses

The hose that you have a breather on should sense vacumn pressure. So you need to attach it to somewhere where there is a vacumn pulled at all time.

there should be a total of 3 hoses to attach, i see only 2 hoses attached. so like everyone said, ur gonna have to run a T connector so that all 3 hoses are attached again.

its pretty self-explanitory. 1 goes into the intake the other two just goes on the sides.

The hose with the black color does not need to be plug to the intake. You can simply remove that black hose and plug it with a rubber plug. That should fix the weird idle problem.
