alright everyone! just after joining the forum after getting a 99 gs 300 a couple of weeks back. had a look through a few of lex clubs and ye really seem to be the only ones that both know what your talking about and enjoy the cars! anyway i'm here in ireland so making a meet might be an issue but just said i'd introduce myself. have a few plans for the car, specailly as the same day i got this the bro got a 3l manual non turbo supra, so let the games begin!
gonna do the service soon enough but want to put a good panel filter in, and reccommendation's plus a good exhaust, nothing to loud just something that might free it up. plus any other ideas.
thanks
james

Welcome to the Club. Check the classifieds for some used parts. As for the exhaust go for Borla, L-tuned, RMM something like that. I've seen a few come up in the classifieds.

Welcome crazyind. Enjoy your GS, do some mods and you will enjoy it even better.

Here is the DIY sticky, it may help with some questions you have. I use it all the time with things I need to do with my GS:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ou-search.html

There is a DIY for the lower ball joints in the "Brakes and Suspension" section. It is fairly easy to follow and not too difficult for anyone who has basic knowledge of cars and tools. Good Luck!

Welcome James... as of late a few cars have run into balljoint issues. Its a small repair that can help avoid major damage.
