what do you guys think of 19x9 +10f by 19x10 -7r offset? i dont have much knowledge about offsets. lemme know my issues and how much body work i need to do to the car thanks!

 

Negative camber and tire stretch will be needed if you don't want to do body work. I would do a fender pull and stretch tires.
215/35/19 for the fronts and 235/35/19 tires for the rears should be a nice stretch.

 

how much pulling do you think and would it be ok if i ride on coils?

I know a set of wheels with those specs, and I talk to Freddie on AIM. The front will need a fender roll or shave but the rear will take some pulling.
