Default Another "Look I painted my calipers!" Thread - Mucho Pics

Painted them "Machined Aluminum" high temp rattle can followed by High temp clear. I chose this color to keep them looking low key and somewhat OEM. I am trying to follow this theme throughout the whole car. They had two whole days to dry since it was raining and I didn't feel like going out and putting the wheels on. Decals are a dark gray and I only put them on the front since I personally don't like the looks of the "L" logo on the rear. Just looks mismatched to me. I choose not to do A DIY on this since there are many other quality ones already here on CL. The process was the norm - brake cleaner spray, wire brush by hand and powered. Many coats of paint and clear. I was going to sand smooth and polish but I will save that for a TT Supra upgrade if I ever get around to it.

Enough yapping - here are the pics:

After

Let me know what you think.

Looks good, just like mine except I don't have the Lexus sticker. Now you need some rotors!
