Im thinking of buying the led's mirrors from nigel for my '98, now will they look good in your opinion on a stock body, my car is now just lower all the way down on tein CS, I do not want to change the orange side markers i like them, and i have '01+ rear tails with orange signal, seems like most of the members who were interested in these have plenty more mods than me rims,tint etc...

see if you could get them with the amber lens, that would be balla

i don't think itd be a big deal to have the clear lens on the mirror, i mean you look at most mercedes with the LED mirrors, they have orange sidemarkers and either red or orange signals on the tails.

 

I don't see why they wouldn't look good on your car. They don't stick out too much like you'd need to be heavily modded, they look like they could've been stock. IMO they'd freshen up almost any GS a little bit as many new cars come with them.

I'd go for it, that's a great deal and looks to be quality product, if I had enough money I'd be all over them but there's some other things I see as a higher priority for my limited funds.

Thats a clean looking lex right there...are you running any spacers on your front tires? i noticed in ur sig that u have 25mm in the rear.

RI-Lex the more I look at your car, the more I want to throw spacers on my OEM 17s (still rocking the center cap you sold me ).

 

just in the rear for now, eventually will put a 15mm up front. Rippa put the spacers on, best $100 I've spended on mods, LOL on the centercap.

Eddy, why dont you post that photoshop in here so everyone can get a good idea what they'll look like?

 

I think they will look fine. The clear lens will not be super noticable against the gold color of your car. They would be near invisible to most people til you use them. On a black car they would stand out and then I would suggest smoking them.

Amber that high up on the car seems out of place to me. Most of the OE setups have clear lenses now cause it looks better.
