Default EDFC, Damper Kit

hello, im trying to decide which suspension i want to set up on my car. i've talked to a couple of my friends and they preferred bags but the cost is a little too high. Some have said coilovers but i would be too lazy to adjust everytime i want a different height. I was suggested EDFC and i didnt really understood what he meant by adjusting the coilovers with a button. the question is what is EDFC and what is a DAMPER KIT!

EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) makes it possible for the driver to control the damping force by controlling a motor installed in the shock absorber while being seated in the driver's seat. Since the damping force can be manually controlled with ease to meet different situations, the driver can enjoy variations in the suspension setting.

edfc is for tein coilovers and it can adjust the dampening of the coilovers with a push of a button. So if u want a firmer ride, you can adjust it or if u want a softer ride. it is most useful if u track your car, otherwise, you probably wont use it much. it also does not adjust height whatsoever. good luck.

Good question... I never rode in a car with bags.
Would like to hear some feedback on this question.
