Parking light Fuse--HELP!

Parking light Fuse--HELP!
Hi, have an 02 GS300, was testing out some aftermarket headlights when I think I blew a fuse.
When I put the light switch to the parking switch, the small driving/parking lights (194)'s do not come on. NONE of the tail lights/license plate lights/side marker lights come on.
My hi/low beams work fine.
Brake lights turn on fine when I press on the brakes.
Even with the engine running the back of my car is 100% dark---no lights---until i press on the brakes.
side marker lights never turn on, regardless of what setting the light swithc is on.
Can someone tell me what fuse I've blown,and where I can locate it and how I can replace it?
Is this a fuse I can buy at Kragen or do I have to go to radio shack or to my lexus dealer?
