Thanks for the replies guys. I will be picking up the wrench shortly. Real quick, is there anything else that I would need for the torque wrench such as an adapter(s)?

You shouldn't need anythin more than what you probably already have in your tool box (i.e. Socket Wrenchs/ extenders).

If you have deep dish wheels make sure your torque wrench's head pivots enough so that you can reach the lugs without contacting the wheels and fenders. If not you will need an extension. Also make sure you have a socket that fits the wheels. Some wheels have a small lug opening and require a thin wall socket.

Quote: I have the 3/8 & 1/2 ft/pd as well as the 3/8 in/pd Craftman with the lifetime warrantee (no addtional cost) and I am pleased with my decision. Good choice IMO
Was the lifetirme warranty a separate plan? As far as I know, the lifetime warranty only applies to non-mechanical tools (minus the ratchet). My craftsman torque wrench only came with 90 days of warranty. Lifetime calibration would have been great!

But I can say though, the craftsman torque wrenches are some of the more accurate wrenches out there.

I saw rattle-gunning on lugs, loosening lugs with a torque wrench... I thought I'd add the reminder to torque lugs in a star pattern...
