Yes. they're interchangeable. However the emblems are different. Make sure you get 01+ emblems on 01+ grilles.

while we are on the subject where can i get the T emblem to replace my L ?

yes they are exactly the same size. the 01+ has larger slats but that is really the only difference. the Lexus and the Toyota emblem are also interchangeable if you pick up the JDM Toyota Aristo badge. i have the badge for both the 98-00 and 01+
