Audio controls with aftermarket stereo

Audio controls with aftermarket stereo
Well guys, I bought another steering wheel that has audio controls. I was wonderig what I had to do to make those work with my aftermarket sony stereo. Can it be done?
if you have a Alpine, Kenwood, JVC, Blaupunkt, and Clarion Steering Remote Ready radios this one will work.
