Here is a Molded Greddy lip but with alittle modification:
This is definitely the way to go if you're going to get the Greddy lip. I don't like when you can see the lines of the lip like the Greddy, the Wald and the JP lips.
I like both lips myself...I am already lowered (not much, maybe 2"...less than 1 finger gap) so here in NY I'm sure that Greddy Lip would pose problems for me especially in the winter time. TTE may be played out on CL but where I'm from (eastern Long Island) I never see TTE lipped GS' let alone ANY real modded GS'...so I chose TTE for me. I will be molding it as well and might do some custom "venting" modifications to my oem front bumper at the same time.
What is this made of, polyurethane I hope ?
How is it attached to the existing bodypanel ?
Thanks
It is made of polyurethane, same as the stock bumper. It attaches with a screw on the inside of the bumper on each side (one the very inside of the bumper in the wheel well area). I ran mine for A LONG time without any screws in it as it fits so snugly it just holds itself there with no trouble at all so you could really install this without screwing into your bumper if you were worried about holes.
Sweet. I'm assuming you were also using double sides tape ?
Can you say where you bought it, and what you paid for it ?
I'm thinking of this or a Win Type 1 bumper.
Thanks for your help !
