I was driving to work today and my engine light, vsc light, and my vsc off light came on. Does anyone know what could be the cause of it??? PLEASE help or give suggestions about anything that you might know about this! I'm FREAKIN' OUT MAN!!!

 

Did ur car like stall? this happen to me a couple of months ago. turn out to be my accelerator pedal position sensor on the throttle body. get a scanner and read the code. i forgot wat the code of was for it but u can search it on the forum.

most likely the speed sensor.

 

This started happening to me after I installed the SRT intake.

Did you have to replace the sensor? Or does it require another fix?

 

i took my car into a lexus dealership. they said i have to replace one of the injectors. is this common for the second gen GS?

 

Per the lexus dealer, my lights are due to some sort of transmission issue.

I think that would just if the CEL came on. I would recheck the wiring on the ECU for the SRT

I mean, it's not gonna hurt to do that, but c'mon man. If it were that simple I/we could have figured it out without posting.

The same lights came on last week in my GS400. Did you figure out the issue? I hate to bring it over to the dealership and pay the big bucks yet. My preferred (inexpensive) mechanic is 160 miles away. I am concerned my car wouldn't make that trip.
