Whats up everybody,

A friend of mine, whose also a Lexus club member, advised - to clean my headlight covers I need to get 2,000 grit sandpaper and Mothers Billet Metal Polish. Soak the sand paper for about 1/2 hour and then sand down the covers. Then polish with the Billet metal polish. Should I do it this way or is any other, better way recommended.
