I am new to the GS game but I have always loved the the look of the cars and now that I am almost done with my supra project I want to pick up a GS but I am not sure exactly what year and things I should look for. I am just looking for a basic guide about the differences in each year the car was produced and also trouble areas I should look at when buying a GS. Thanks for any info!

Thanks for the info but, I should have been more specific, I am leaning towards the GS300 because of the 2jz and the possblilty of throwing boost at it later. I found that guide earlier and it is very well put together but I was looking for more info about the 300 that is why I thought it would be a good idea to post. Where are you located in GA? I am in Norcross right now but I am in the process of moving to flowery branch.

 

Cool, we have a few boosted GS 300s/400s/430s in Atlanta. We have local meets, seloc.net . Veritek has a boosted GS 300.
