Default Need Help, car "jerks"...

My moms 2000 GS just started to "jerk" when you come to a stop. She has had it since day 1 and has done the services at the dealer, breaks were recently replaced also. A few weeks ago the car just started to "jerk" when you are coming to a stop, has anyone else experienced this? What could it be and how can it be fixed? Thanks!

Cool, thanks. We checked the transmission fluid, and that was low, but I will check the spark plugs too, they probably do need to be replaced.

The rotors are possibly warped or the brake pads did not break in correctly, that's something I would check considering you said it jerks as you're stopping.

how do you know when to change your spark plugs? I was told by a mechanic that you should change them once they hit 100k miles...is this true?
