i have a box that im trying to fit in that little space in my trunk i need to take out my backseat to get to the sub how do i do it? there was a DIY on how to do it on that sticky from banana gs but it looks like its down any help?

1. Lift up the bottom seat cushion (from the front edge). You should be able to just pull it out because they're held down by clips.
2. Remove (4) 12mm bolts at the bottom.
3. Remove the headrest and lift up the leather flap. There should be a 12mm nut that needs to be removed. There are 2 total...1 per headrest
4. Take a flathead screwdriver and gently pry the plastic thing at the top of the seat. Once you open it, remove the seatbelt.

Now you're able to take out the seat. It makes it a lot easier if you remove the (3) 14mm bolt that holds the seatbelt to the chassis. That's the basic rundown. I'm sure you'll be able to get it out.

Help I'm stuck lol I did everything I took out my side panels to pull out the subwoofer board but there are these 3 black hooks that are holding it down how do I take these out so I can pull up the board to take out the stock sub?

 

What's a subwoofer board? are you talking about the rear deck panel, or the subwoofer's grille?

Did you take out the 3rd brake light yet?

 

i have a spoiler i have no 3rd break light you see where those little clips were i took them out and theres some big hooks i'll take a pic so you can see or i can give you a call and go back into the car so i can explain

 

Take a picture because it's been years since I last took out my rear deck. I dont remember every single little detail.

Sorry I can't help you with that. My car is a 99 and it doesn't have that. Mine is just a straight piece of board without any clips on it.

 

ahh fugg!!! thats the only part im stuck on everything is done already seats... side panels clips at the front of the board i just need those 3 things out man
