I had a similar problem with the rear bolts, but I was able to soak the hell out of them and muscle them out. Didn't do me much good though, my car still can't be adjusted better than 9 degrees camber (Lowered with Tein SS)

did soaking the PB Blaster work for the eccentric shaft? Anyone else have any advice?
I soaked it with Releaze ALL for a couple of days and still no luck. It seems that the shaft of the bolt is apparently seized in the control arm bushing shaft. At least that's what the alignment shop told me. They said if they force the bolt or heat it too much they risk ruining the rubber bushing. So they left it they way it was. My right camber is out -1.30 deg and right toe is out -0.07deg. Left toe is out -0.16deg. Everything else is in spec. I am lowered about 1.5"
I am going to give the PB blaster or release all another shot in the spring when the weather is nice. I'll also be able to see if the 1.3 degrees camber has an effect on my new snow tires. I am trying not to drive the car too much during the winter.
