Transmission override

Sorry for the stupid question but my GS is stuck in the garage, battery dead, and I cannot figure out how to override the transmission to put it into neutral and roll it out.

Any help?

The trans will not shift despite the key being in the ignition.

Use a flathead to remove the little plastic piece on the shifter panel and then can put the flathead inside the hole and put it in neutral.
