Default Adding another car to my garage..

Hey guys, I am going to add another car to my garage soon. I am leaning towards the M3 coupe. However, as i have been researching cars, I really really like the Benz CL500 and the new SL500. I currently have a 2000 GS400 and couldnt justify keeping the GS if i decide on the Mercedes. So my question is, would you guys rather have both the GS and the M3, or just the Benz? 2 pretty nice rides or 1 sick ride????? By the way, i have a Honda as a daily driver, so these cars will likely be weekend toys.
Doesnt someone here on the forum have both a GS and a M3??? Would you trade??? Later.

SL55

j/k

I would keep GS and get M3. GS is alot bigger than CL/SL/M3, and M3 is the fastest of the bunch. By having GS and M3 you get both comfort/luxury and performance.

But since you already have a Honda as a daily driver, without the GS won't hurt you too much. However I'm still for keeping GS and getting M3 (get SMGii)

There is a guy building $2 Million plus homes in my neighborhood. He has this tight CL500....I think its got either the AMG Mercedes Body work kit or some aftermarket, i doubt its aftermarket though since this is a rich middle aged man. The kit is like a new bumper with like 2 parts with wire meshing, side gashes with mesh in them, and front mesh in the air damp. He also has like 20" 3-piece Mercedes rims which are really nice!! I didnt realize they were 20" till i walked up and looked at the tire info. I didnt know Mercedes even made 20" rims....

On a side note, one of the guy's clients, a new neighbor across the street, has too many nice cars for his garage. Hes got a newish Bently Azure, Range Rover, Porsche Carrera with Turbo body package(could be a turbo but i have only seen the side), Ferrari 360, E-Class Mercedes, Old Rolls-Royce Convertible, and i am sure i am missing a car or two....Like another Mercedes and something else maybe....

Depending on what Lexus does to the GS in a couple years I would wait around for that but if it turns out that Lexus doesn't make a HOT GS version and the styling doesn't look as good as the current model then hands down I would get the Mercedes CL55 or 500 model..

If you are looking at cars right now and really want to make something special just mod your GS.. Get the Blitz twin superchargers, coilovers, HRE/Dronell/Auto Couture or any high end type wheel that you like then don't forget a sweet body kit.. Hmmm on second thought just make Manaray an offer on his GS and save all the above steps except the superchargers..

I would keep the GS and the M3 instead of the Benz. But that all depends on your taste and lifestyle.

both GS and M3....if budget allows, i would like to have at least 2 cars to welcomes me as i open the garage....

cl/sl are both sought after cars, very very nice. but if i were to acquire a cl/sl, it would be at the point in my life that i could keep both the GS and CL/SL....jmhthoughts...

I was thinking about this some more......I think the SL is the way to go....if it's just for weekend driving then the SL is perfect....the GS and the M3 are still just daily drivers...

Well I think the GS is a nice weekend driving car as well, I drive a ford taurus most of the time and take out the GS whenever the weather allows me, I think that might change though come summertime -=)
