I am looking to purchase a used set of winter wheels/tires.

They are 17x7.5 with offset of 37. Will these fit the 2GS? Is the offset ok? clear stock brakes?

On the back of the wheels it says "ET 37", that means offset # right?

they came off a g35coupe.

I've looked at the wheel fitment guide, but it doesn't list 17" wheels, only 18"+


Please advise.

 

I have a set of 16" OEM wheels (and worn tires) that came on my '99 GS400 that have some minor curb rash that would make perfect winter wheels. I would be willing to sell them for $50 plus shipping if you are interested.

 

thanks for the offer, but i will pass......i just need to know if 17x7.5 +37 offset will fit a 2GS....do you know what the stock wheel specs are?

 

Stock 17's are 17x8 +50 so I'm sure you will be fine.

Yes they will fit, a stock GS can fit all the way to a 19x9+37 and 19x10+37 without fender mods. Brake clearance should be ok to since the G35 should have a bigger or the same size caliper.
