I got my first Lexus ever yesterday!
I took a busride from Columbus to Pittsburg and picked it up yesterday because I couldn't wait for the weekend. It's a Cinnabar GS 300 with the Gold package and the Premium sound. I LOVE IT ! The busride over was sheer hell, but coming back in performance and luxury was awesome! I took it up to about 105 mph, but then again I didn't have any radar/laser detector so I chickened out going any faster.
Anyway, this is my first post, and I'm glad I found this group!

Here's the car I bought and what I paid:
It has 42,000 miles, and still under the 4 year factory warantee until 04/02, and has an additional 2 year powertrain. It was a 2 owner car; it was a lease turn in after 3, then the wife of the dealer I bought it off of drove it for about 10 months. Never been hit, clean title...
The dealer's original asking price was $26500, I negotiated $24,700. I feel I got a pretty good price, as the local Lexus dealers are asking $29,900. What do you guys think?
