I have a 98 gs 300 the a/c blower will not come on. With wire unplugged from the motor I have 14 volt dc. With the leads plugged back onto the motor the voltage drops out. I'm thinking it may be the blower relay but I can't seem to located it. Can someone please point me in that directions.
