Flipping through the owners manual I noticed that I can roll down all of the windows and open the sunroof by holding down the button on the remote yet I cannot close everything with a simple push. Now what kind of sense is this? Now I can see where I have the front windows open along with the sunroof and when I get out, lock everything up, but who opens up everything (all 4 windows and sunroof) before getting into the car? Or is there a way that the manual does not state?

To roll everything back up, put the key in the drivers door and turn the key to the left/right(forgot which side).

Turn Key to the counterclockwise (To the Left) and it will lock all doors, close windows and also sunroof..

I do agree if your remote can open the windows and sunroof they should of made it able to do the reverse.. Or maybe that makes too much sense.. Lexus if you read this FIX this on the next GS and while your at it DROP a LSD (Limited Slip Differential) in the car too (Remember its a SPORTS SEDAN dammit).. THANKS!

I definitely have to agree, fellas. It's dumb not to have the reverse on the remote. I hate when such obvious things are omitted in cars.

I dunno. It makes (a kind of) sense to me. Here in the South, in the summer, the interior heats up significantly. The remote "all open" comes in handy to let out that bubble of super-heated air. But we won't be going anywhere subsequently with the windows down in that same circumstance, since it's too hot to go anywhere without A/C. And in the spring or fall, it's easier to close the windows from inside the car since the windows and sunroof all have "one touch" auto-close than it would be to stand there with my finger depressing a small remote. In the winter, it's not needed at all.

I'd rather see Lexus have memory seat and mirror positions on the key remote (as I believe they do on the LS430).
