Default Not another newbie!!

Just thought I would introduce myself. Picked up a 1998 antique mica GS400 (Nak, HID, OEM 17" wheels, rear spoiler, black interior) about six weeks ago after searching for a GS for a couple of years. GS4 's are relatively rare here in Ottawa, Canada. I actually bought mine in Toronto.

I have been a Toyota fan for almost twenty years owning several models including early 80's Celicas to Supras, and a couple of Previas along the way. My most recent daily driver (for the past ten years) has been a 92 Cressida which now sports over 435000Km (and still going strong). After driving a Cressida the logical next car has to be a Lexus.

I have been a member of toyotacressida.net for many years and I am pleased to see that Clublexus offers a similar forum filled with excellent information and knowledgable members.

Looking forward to continued reads on Club lexus.

Best regards
Adnan

Thanks to everyone for the welcome notes. I am not planning to do any mods until maybe next spring. I am thinking about either springs or sway bars or both. I want a little more flatness in the turns but I don't want to increase the ride harshness. Riding my mushy Cressida for so long has softened me up and I like its ultra cushy ride. I just don't like the way it slops all over the place in the turns. The GS is much better but I think there is plenty of room for improvement, especially when taking turns at speed.

Welcome to the club.

Word of advice, start saving up. When the MOD bug bites, it bites hard and deep.

He's telling the truth and it hurts the wallet. That bug is more like a pitbull...it locks on.
