TonyO : here... https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...=intake+weapon , I personally will stay away from them. SRT intake is the most common one for GS300...

From personal experience, SRT is 1000x better than Weapon R ... I had a Weapon R Secret Weapon Intake on my '94 ES300 and while I loved the sound of it, it provided almost no performance what-so-ever, I also did not see an increase in MPG ... I know that the ES is not a performance car but WR did claim to increase HP & MPG but i didn't see any change other than a nice aggressive tone (not as loud or aggressive as my SRT though) ... Now on my '01 GS430 I have the SRT + ECU and I have noticed a nice performance increase, I'm sure it would also help MPG if I could keep myself from flooring it every two seconds to hear the growl ... IMO SRT is the way to go

From what other members professing their love of this product, I have no reason to think these dyno results are false.

I've modded enough cars to know that you take the manufacturers claims with a grain of salt. Real gains most of the time seem to always differ slightly.

This is why I'd love to see someones before/after dyno sheet on a GS4 with this intake. I've been thinking about getting one but its very pricey if the gains are minimal. The stock GS4 intake is almost a ram air design since it extends all the way to the front of the hood.
