I have a 98 gs400. Every time I make a left turn and hit the brakes my abs system is activated. It makes all the noises and it takes longer to stop because of the pulsation. It only happens when I am turning left. What could it be?

 

Possibly one of the ABS Sensor cables went bad. Being a 98 GS...it's almost 10 years so it could be a possibility. Another thing someone here has mentioned is the abs sensor could be dirty and causing faulty readings. There was a writeup to clean the dirt off the sensor.
