Default 430 Unstable when Accelerating

I just test-drove a 2003 GS 430 with a 20,000 (claimed) miles. When I test-drove it, I floored the accelerator from a rolling start and I felt the back of the car sway from side to side. The tires weren't spinning, but it just felt unstable.

Is this normal for the GS430? My dad has an LS 430 and it is perfectly stable under full acceleration.

I told the dealer I wasn't interested in the car, but in addition to that problem, the rotors were warped, the car pulled to the left under braking and it made a slight noise when I backed up. Other than the occasional warped rotor, I wouldn't expect any of those problems in a car with 20,000 miles.

the gs is known to be somewhat floaty stock, but mine always tracked straight under power on a smooth road. if the road is uneven or bumpy it might jump around a little under wot.

Sounds like there may be some serious alignment issues with that vehicle, thus leading any potential buyer to suspect previous body damage.
