Speak to the general manager of the dealership about this issue. Take it straight to him and present the problems and greivances, and give names, lots of names so that they can be dealt with in a orderly manner. Tell him that you are not feeling very good about the service here and that you are never coming back, tell him that you have family and friends that want to buy new lexus and that you will not recommend they come to your establishment because of the unfair treatment. If that doesnt work take it up with the owner of the dealership and threaten to tell the central command, which is Lexus of North America about his particular dealership and his buisness practices, and also report him to the Better Buisness Bureau. That should get the ball rolling and the gears grinding. You should never have to do this to a Lexus dealership, but, what must be done, must be done.
