My '02 GS430 is outstanding exc for a "squeak" coming from trunk/rear deck with turns, bumps etc. Cant reproduce it with the car stationary and rocking the deck lid.

Try putting some WD40 on whatever joints, or contacts points between the trunk lid and body you can access where the sounds seems to originate from.
Only thing I can think of. May be just a squeaky suspension component that the dealers needs to regrease for you.
Let us know what transpires.

Your problem is the rear strut springs. They creak and make noise when compressed against the strut spring holder. Try spraying some wd40 on the bottom of rear springs where they meet the strut. If it goes away for a while then returns. The springs have to have some insulation on them. This is quickly becoming an issue and lexus is looking into it. Seen it many times already. Let us know what happened!
Can we use break free CLP? I think that would work better than the WD-40 which gums up mechanisms over time. DevilDog you should be familiar with break free, you used it to clean your

Yes you can, but adding the lubricant is only to see if the springs are the problem. Eventually the creak will return. Currently as a long term fix, we remove the spring and slide a 12" piece of clear tubing over the lower end of the spring to insulate it against the strut plate.

The best thing to do is to demonstrate the noise to them. Ask to test drive with the service writer or technician. This way there is NO dought what noise your concerned about. Also the dealership can not say they never heard anything wrong, because you just showed them the noise. And they heard it.
Good Luck!
