my passenger side window has been getting stuck lately... I roll it down, but it does not go up... the only way I can get it to roll up is by keep pressing the open/close button until it starts to go up... what can this be?

I have been taking my car to the Lexus dealer when it comes to maintance and anything that requires work under the hood. however since the problem has to do with the window, should I take it the Toyota dealer in town for this repair, since the nearest Lexus dealer is 45miles? Thanks....
