i just spoke to a lexus tech and it appears that my navigation unit is broken. With the high cost of a replacement ive decided to just get an aftermarket dvd navigation head unit. How hard would it be to switch from OEM Navi to an aftermarket head unit? Is it even possible to switch the navi controlled climate control to a regular climate control unit?

 

sorry..another question. If i remove the Nav and replace with aftermarket can i still use the ML audio?
