i've searched, but can't find any comparison threads.


what's the difference? and can anybody give me a side by side comparison? why are there clear/green headlights?

Theres no difference performance wise ...Just a green tint to the lense....The green tint came out on 01 + models ....

The lenses ARE NOT green tinted at all.

The 01 up chrome bezels have a green tint to them, which gives the impression that the clear is tinted.

Headlight performance should not be significantly different since the lenses are the same, just the inner bezels are different.

so since i have an 01 then i have the green tint? i guess it's not much of a difference?

I'm not sure if they 100% switched to green at 2001, but that's what's been said on past discussions. I'm thinking it's possible that the early 2001 models might have still used up the older lenses before they switched to green.
