Default what would this 98 GS400 need?

what is the estimated repair cost for the damage on this car? what are the parts that could be damaged from this picture.
Radiator is fine and car runs.
i can only think of
suspension, ball joint etc on that side
fender, bumper, new hood, headlights.
i know on my GS300 there is nothing major on that side under the hood. just the battery and the stock intake. But this is a GS400.
please list everything possible that u can think could be damaged on that side and ballpark price to fix.
thanks guys

the frame looks mangled up top and it's probably bent in other areas too.

Hood, hood hinges & shocks, front bumper, right side headlight, right side fender, right side fog, probably some slight electrical harness repair, right side frame rail/horn, radiator support, I think the windshield is cracked? Suspension damage? Did the airbags deploy? I'm sure there's more hidden damage not visible from the pic, but that accident could have easily totaled he car...

Put it this way. I just had an accident with my GS4 about 2 mos. ago and the damage was also to the front fender area (mine was driver side) and not HALF as bad as that and the total cost of repair was around $5600. There were so many things that were effected; I thought a lot was just cosmetic but they had to replace my steering rack, control arm, wheel bushing and a bunch of other misc. steering/suspension components. After paint and blending panels... and suddenly your up there in cost. I'd look for another whip...or take ALL the parts off your GS3 and put them on the GS4.

looks like he's looking at a lot of work and money to repair the car. I'd look for another GS, rather than dealing with all that repair.

we searched around for GS400s and we found some nice ones for around 14-17000.
i told him its better to buy one of those than buy this for around 4000-5000 , spend about 5000-6000 and end with with a lot of problems in the future. i am trying to convince him to buy one from the U.S. I like the U.S better than the canadian specs. Plus i love how its in miles and not km. Mine is from the U.S.

you're right. I'd tell him that too. buying a clean used GS is better than getting a damaged one for cheap and end up spending the same amount for a used GS. Instead of putting money in restoring/rebuilding that car he'd have more funds for future mods.
