It's just an amazing, revolutionary car. I remember being in H.S. when they first came out with the 2GS, I wanted one so bad. I used to see a gold one, that I still see today, everyday on my way to school.

I was in college for the 'Something wicked this way comes' campaign for the debut of the 2GS. I remember thinking that that must be the car for me.

It was years later...2004, when I decided I owed myself a car for finishing graduate school. I considered everything on the market for $30k (used): Audi, BMW, Acura, Lexus. After all of my research, a 2001 GS430 was the car.

I found a red one in Ohio and drove out with a friend to pick it up the next week.
Three years and 65,000 miles later, I have no regrets.
I get excited every time I see it, and I always look over my shoulder at least once when I leave it.

I know!!! the price is soo tempting. My es300 got side swiped by a semi a couple weeks ago. Its now totalled by the ins company but i can still drive it. BUT i just found out 1 1/2 weeks ago, that my gf and i have a baby on the way So that pretty much put a stop to the dream gs4 for a little while. i will be back, its just gonna be a little time.
