Problem solved. It was the A/C fan motor. For reference, the A/C condenser fan motor and the radiator fan motor are the same. Word of warning, do not buy the fan motor from Orielly Auto Parts. The fan blades do not fit correctly and hit the shroud. Either purchase new from dealer or find a used one from the junkyard. I opened the old one and noticed that it failed just due o wear and tear. My car has 120K so this might give an idea of how long they last. I noticed the radiator fan motor had a bit of play in it, so I'll be expecting that one to go out also.
