swooshing behind dash

I can hear fluids bubbling and swooshing behind my dash when I accelerate. This reminds me of head gasket problems I had with my old Supra. Anybody had this before?

Look in your oil and radiator cap. Check for a mix of oil in water or water in oil. You know the drill.

bubble and gurgle...

...small pebbles rushing through the dash...

I had a leak in the condesor...$268 replaced...at the lexus dealer.
