One last thing...did the inner tails change at all on the '01+ GS? Or can I use my '00 inner tails with the '01+ outer tails? I need to know if it will match in terms of redness of the lenses?

 

My inner lights matched fine. I guess it depends if your car has been out in the sun alot.

 

Def wanna swap em out and see how it looks when i get my kit, if it looks good then maybe we can work something out

I work quick!!! LOL!!! I just bought a mint pair of '01+ tails from Ebay for $227.00/shipped! They were off of a 2005 GS430. Thanks guys...always makin' me spend money (ya know...now I'm pissed; LOL!) Need to buy a ring for my GF - she's gonna kill me if she knows I spent money on my car again. Hmmm maybe she won't notice. Ha ha ha.

It involves cutting the lens and housing apart (Dremel tool), removing the amber and resealing the lights...
