The reason I ask is because this could be a contributing factor to the cracked S & S headers that many are experiencing.
It would be good to know the mileage people have, who experienced cracked headers.
It would be interesting to do a pareto chart of milage versus cracked headers. I would think we would see a higher incident of cracked headers among cars with higher milage.
I'll have to check in with your co-worker and fellow CL member TAMR_GUS98 so that he can chime this into this on his cracked header thread.

Nice Ryan. Now I need to do mine. Might be why some of us have had our headers cracking like, Glen has mentioned. Btw Glen, I had 80k on the car when my headers cracked. The headers were probably on there for about a year before it cracked. Mounts are definately on my to do list.

They really werent that difficult Will.. i was just glad that the shop was still open after 10 haha.. Once i got my technique back, it took me about an hour to do both sides.. it was about an hour and a half start to finish.. although i was there til like 12:30 BS'n with the guys.. Ill help you do yours if ya want.. i can show you my trick
