Disable Daytime running lights

I don't know if this thread has been started before but I really hate daytime running lights and I want to disable them, also I want turn on/off my fog lights without turning the actual hedlights on.

The daytime running lights are just your Hi beams run at half power or something. If you want to get rid of them you need to take those out.

Both of these items have been discussed many, many times before. Search for banana GS, and DRL. Both are do able btw.
