Unhappy need advice

I took my car in to a local and very reputable suspension and brake shop in town. I have taken my vehicle there before and they do good work, but Friday they replaced a wheel bearing and now my ABS/VSC light is on. I told the guy I want my car like I gave it to them. They stated they will pay for half the part and not charge me for the install of the new sensor. I really needed my car so I got them to state this on my receipt. I still feel like I should not pay for anything. I do not want them to work on my car again. Do I have a case for small claims court? What are my options?

Thanks

if its not a lot(the half), i would do it. mistakes do happen and it will build better relationship and trust. that of course is if you want to maintain that with them.
on the other hand, i believe you are entitled to getyour car back the same way you dropped it off. and if you plan on not using them again, then you do have a case.
but is it worth it?
how much are we talking about anyways?
make sure they don't screw some other things up out of hate.

Did they tell you the light was on first or did you get into the car and notice it? If they didn't tell you first then I would ask them about it and try to have them cover part/labor. If they told you about it first then I would probably take them up on their deal. Don't forget to get a quote from a Lexus dealer so you know approx how much it costs.
