Price differences GS300 vs GS400

Price differences GS300 vs GS400 - CMON GUYS I NEED INFO ...

From your feedback, I am convinced that buying a GS is a good idea. However, in looking at the prices, I am shocked to see that used GS300s are being sold at almost the same price as used GS400s. Can anyone explain this? Is it that the GS400 depreciates much quicker than the GS300 or is it because the dealers/private sellers are over pricing the GS300? Worse yet, the retail prices as shown by "edmunds" do account for the difference in models. (i.e. the GS400 is noticeably more expensive than the GS300)
